Shipping & Pickup FAQ

ORDER FAQ

No. We do not believe in charging restocking fees. Our goal is to deliver the highest level of customer service while making fitness equipment accessible for all.

Original shipping and handling and return postage charges are however not refunded. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in special cases where a product has been returned damaged, is missing pieces or is in an unsellable condition.

Please send an email to support@magmafitness.com with your order number stating you would like your order cancelled.
Please note that orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. After the product has shipped, you will have to wait until you receive the product before returning it.

We accept both CAD and USD. Please ensure you select the correct currency in the currency dropdown on our website.
magmafitness.com automatically defaults to USD while magamfitness.ca defaults to CAD. 

The store currency can be changed by selecting a different currency in the currency dropdown menu at the top of our website. After changing the currency, product pricing and payment currency will be updated to reflect the change in store currency.

Please contact our support team If you do not receive your item within 5 business days of the promised delivery date.
For orders containing more than 1 item, please allow 2 -3 business to receive all items in your order.

Products can be returned by opening a return request at our automated returns center. Please see our refund policy for full details.

SHIPPING FAQ

Shipping cost is calculated by weight from our warehouse to your delivery address. The cost of delivery will vary significantly by weight and distance. Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Estimated shipping cost is also available in the shopping cart.

All orders are shipped from our Toronto warehouse.
Unless specified otherwise, most customers can expect to receive their products within the timeline below:

Canada/United States: 2 - 7 Business Days
International: 2 - 8 Weeks

Yes, our products are shipped and sold globally. Shipping is calculated at checkout. For large orders, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.

PICK-UP FAQ

Save on shipping costs by picking up your order at our warehouse. Simply visit our website and shop for your desired items and “add” them to your cart, during checkout select “local pick up”. You’ll receive an email with further information after your order is confirmed.

Wait until you receive the “Ready for pick up” email notification before coming to our warehouse. Local pick up is free and most items are available for pickup in under 2 business days.

Please bring a printed copy of your "Ready for Pick up" email or show your email on your smartphone. We may ask to see photo ID.
