Warranty Policy

One-Year Manufacturer Warranty Policy

MAGMA Fitness’ One-Year Warranty Policy applies to all products that are manufactured by or for MAGMA Fitness, whether such Products purchased from MAGMA Fitness or from an authorized reseller.

Our manufacturer warranty does not cover products by other manufacturers. Warranty service for third-party products are serviced directly by the original manufacturer.

Warranty Terms

Please consult your physician before using our products.

MAGMA Fitness (MAGMA) warrants that the product you have purchased is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of the date of purchase. This warranty applies only in North America and only to products manufactured by MAGMA that are purchased directly from MAGMA or from an authorized MAGMA reseller. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. 

This warranty does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective; (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by MAGMA; (c) by modification of the product or (d) using product in a manner for which it is not intended. Except as expressly set forth in this warranty, MAGMA makes no other warranties, expressed or implied of merchant ability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. 

MAGMA will not be held responsible for transportation or labor costs associated with returning merchandise. All goods that have been given an authorization number from MAGMA must be shipped back to a MAGMA facility for inspection using the MAGMA RMA# and must be shipped prepaid. Any third party collect shipments will be refused. 

MAGMA is not responsible for any damages occurred during transportation either to or from our warehouses. Upon inspection, if product is deemed defective, MAGMA reserves the right to repair or replace product at our sole discretion. Any replaced or repaired merchandise will be shipped prepaid by a carrier approved by MAGMA. In the event that the goods are not defective; the customer will be fully responsible for the pickup of the product from our warehouse facility at their own expense. Customer must assign and prepay the carrier. Any returns not picked up within 30 days of their receipt at a MAGMA facility may be destroyed. Before returning a product, you must call +1 (866) 269-5024 to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Following these practical guidelines will help you to enjoy your MAGMA product for years to come.
