COREFX Aerobic Step Adjustable

Use The COREFX Adjustable Aerobic Step to perform a variety of cardio, strength and aerobic workouts. Features:

• Adjustable Height: Increase or decrease the level of intensity by simply adjusting the height of the step. Use the platform alone for a 4″ height, add one on either side for a 6″ height, or use all four in total (2 per side) for a total height of 8.5″.
• Top Quality: Constructed of durable high-density polyethylene with a textured TPE surface. The grip on the top of each riser and platform provides non-slip safety. Durable to withstand repetitive use, this step supports up to 600 lbs.
• Versatile Workout: Great for low and high impact exercises, aerobics, strength and HIIT training.
