The YORK® Elite Olympic Training Bar has a minimum tensile strength of 190,000 PSI after heat treating. It is an excellent choice for Olympic Style movements. The Ferrous Bushings ensure a smooth consistent rotation. The sleeve is secured on the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin. Sleeves are machined to a precise 1.975” diameter to accommodate 2” Olympic Plates. This bar is calibrated to Olympic specifications.
