Dumbbell is good, but the smell took long time to go away

The Dumbbell comes with strong rubber smell, it took 2 weeks to go away.

So smelly - buy something else

I wish this company would air these weights out before sending them, knowing they smell this bad. I can't even use them, as my wife feels light headed being around them. I washed them and they are currently outside airing out (been about 1 week) and they still stink. If these weren't such a hassle to return, I'd return them and buy regular weights. Live and learn...

Rubber weights, like any product made with natural rubber may have some odour for the first few days. The odour is temporarily and generally does not last more than a few days. This is NOT specific to MAGMA, this is true for all rubber weights. All MAGMA weights are aired after production, resulting in low to moderate odour for most customers.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as the weights air out.

Products that are used, made from lower quality rubber may not experience this issue.
