The YORK® FTS Hi/Low Pulley Option turns the FTS Power Cageinto a multi-function rack and cable machine. Utilize 1” standard plates on the weight carriage pegs in order to perform various exercises on the Lat Pull Down or Low Row.

**In order to utilize 2” Olympic Plates on the weight carriage pegs2″ Olympic Adapter Sleeves must also be purchased**
